Hey there! I'm Jade, your photographer friend based in Moline, IL. If you were to ask me how I got into photography I could tell you about all of the moments I had with cameras and film growing up. My mom was always taking photos of me and her surroundings, and she passed that habit on to me. I received my own digital camera as a gift for my birthday the summer before going to middle school, and since then, I've been passionate about capturing life's moments, both big and small. My love for photography evolved into a passion for digitally enhanced art and editing during the early days of social media, where I found joy in narrating stories through images. As the years passed, my dream of making photography more than just a hobby took shape.
I believe that photography is more than just taking pictures, it is an art form about capturing emotions, authenticity and telling a one-of-a-kind story.
